Women did not have coins with vows for ten years, but they did record "public vows" on coins, as did men.

BMC proposes that this type commemorates the vows at her marriage in 169 to a distinguished knight, after Lucius died.  [BMC cxxxiv.]

Emperors took vows immediately upon becoming emperor. This coin refers to security of the state and the emperor. Vows were usually for ten years, but this coin does not mention the number of years.
