Julia Domna, wife of Septimius Severus, who reigned 193-211 and mother of Caracalla (196-198-217) and Geta (198-209-212).  
Struck at Rome in 205.

MATER AVGG, Julia Domna, towered as Cybele, drivng quadriga of lions left.

Lions were an attribute of Cybele, a goddess from Asia Minor with several aspects including "mother of the gods."
