Byzantine VOTA coins

There are no vota coins between the issues of Theodosius II and Valentinian III (c. 435-440) and Justinian's reconquest of Carthage in 533. Under the entire Byzantine empire, the only vota coins are these tiny AE4's and some silver struck at Carthage from 533 to 540.
